Brian Bursiek serves as Executive Vice President for Pickle Packers International, Inc. and as Assistant Executive Director for the Fragrance Materials Association of the United States, overseeing all association programs and services. Mr. Bursiek has significant experience in trade association management and working with federal and state regulatory agencies. With a broad agricultural background, he is experienced in industrial engineering and management of manufacturing operations.

Prior to joining The Roberts Group, Bursiek served as Vice President and Treasurer for the American Feed Industry Association providing operational and financial leadership, managing regulatory affairs, directing technical committees, producing education programming and materials, and administering awards programs.

Bursiek's manufacturing experience includes facility and process engineering and directing manufacturing operations at multi-purpose sites. He oversaw capital expenditures and corporate training programs, improved operating efficiencies, and managed warehousing and distribution operations.

Bursiek received his B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from The Ohio State University, and is recognized by the State of Ohio , Engineering Board of Registration. He has served on several university curriculum advisory boards and national consensus standard writing committees. He is an experienced author in topics of regulatory compliance and manufacturing practices, with articles frequently appearing in popular trade magazines.
