Greer Gilka is the director of Client Finances for The Roberts Group. Ms. Gilka has been with TRG and its predecessor company for almost 20 years. She manages the finances of TRG’s largest association clients, working directly with their representatives and member companies to complete the usual financial tasks and continual financial reporting and analyses. She is the senior TRG staff person who prepares budgets for the associations, manages investments and oversees annual independent audits. She also handles confidential sales surveys and dues collection for more than 400 companies. Ms. Gilka supervises two able accounting assistants.

Before joining TRG’s predecessor company, Ms. Gilka held management and accounting positions with the Washington, D.C. architectural firms of Wilkes, Faulkner, Jenkins & Bass, and Yerkes, Pappas and Parker. Greer was also with the American Institute of Architects. She attended George Washington University
